ClubExpress hosting fees are based on active primary members plus a reduced fee for secondary members, with a minimum monthly fee.
Membership payments are counted as one transaction per primary membership (joint/secondary members do not create extra dues transactions).
Car show registrations are estimated as one transaction per participant.
